Exchanges & Returns

We hope you are satisfied and love every purchase made by our website but if you are not, no worries, follow our exchange / return policy below.

1. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours after completion. Please call us at +35724629891 or email us at info@mirabtq.com to inform us about the cancellation.

Make sure that you have all relevant information:

  • Your personal details (full name, telephone number, order number, delivery address)
  • The details of the product you wish to cancel (code, colour and size.

2. Can I return/ exchange my order?

We have a 14-day return policy.  All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. We have No Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period: (2) worn; (3) altered; (4) washed; (5) or damaged in any way.  All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

**Important Note: We do not accept exchanges or returns for items bought from the OUTLET section or for items bought with 70% off discount.

Cyprus Returns:

Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
To Return your product for an exchange, you should mail your product to AKIS EXPRESS or ACS ARADIPPOU, with the following details:

In case you choose another courier method you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe.
The exchanged item will only be delivered after the return item is received and confirmed that it matches all return requirements, as stated above. The exchange item will be sent with FREE DELIVERY (for the 1st exchange only).

Greece Returns:

We can arrange the exchange pick-up via ACS and charge you the same amount (7 euro), which can be paid through a safe link sent to your email.
Alternatively, you can send the undesired items with a courier company of your choice. In this case, we are not responsible to cover any delivery fees and you will be solely responsible for the secure delivery to us within the agreed timeframe.

Rest of the world:

All International sales are final. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties. No returns and refunds are accepted on international orders.

3. What is the exchange procedure?

There are three ways where you can perform your exchange:

  1. Fill out the return form online – Click here
  2. Email us at info@mirabtq.com informing us about the exchange you wish to perform. Please ensure you provide us with the following:
  • Your personal details (full name, telephone number, order number, delivery address)
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size)
  • The details of the product you wish to receive (code, colour and size)
  • Reason for your exchange
  1. Give us a call at +35724629891. Make sure you have collected all the above information for the exchange.

The undesired item(s) must be unused and in their initial state and condition (i.e. not worn, damaged, dirty etc.) and in their original packaging. In case these terms are not met, the exchange will not be accepted. We highly recommend that the below instructions are followed when trying on the purchased items:

  • Clothing: Do not wear it for personal use, take care of your make up and deodorant. 
  • Shoes: Try them on a carpet.
  • Swimwear: Try them while wearing your underwear and do not remove the hygiene protective sticker.

Please fill in the Return Order Form (found in your parcel or online here) and enclose it along with the undesired item. Please ensure that the form includes the correct contact details. In case you insert inaccurate contact details, we are not responsible for the unsuccessful completion of your exchange. 
Once we receive the undesired item, we will proceed with the new product delivery within 5 working days. We will email you a new tracking number.
If the new product is more expensive, the difference can be paid by COD or payment link for exchanges in Cyprus. In case of Greece the difference can only be paid through payment link.
If the new product is cheaper, a Return Voucher with the difference will be issued.
The Return Voucher will be valid for 14 days.  

4. Can I return my item and receive a voucher?

In case you wish to return a product and obtain a Return Voucher, please call us at

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, order number and email).
  • The details of the product you wish to return (code, colour and size).
  • Fill in the Return Order Form (found in your parcel or online here) and enclose it along with the undesired item.

Please check Section 3 for details about the exchange procedure.
You will receive an email with your Return Voucher attached. You can redeem it online or in store within 14 days from the date issued.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We are only offering refunds in case you receive a damaged/ faulty item.
Although, all items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped to our customers, in case you receive a faulty item, we will be responsible for all shipping expenses.

Please send us an email to info@mirabtq.com with the following details:

  • Your personal details (name, telephone number, order number and email)
  • The details of the damaged product (code, colour and size)
  • Attached a photo of the damage product

You can also fill out the online return form here, attaching a photo of the damage item.
Please make sure to fill the return form (found in your parcel or online here) and enclosed it with the damage item.

  • For Cyprus send the damage item at Akis Express or ACS Aradippou.
  • For Greece, ACS will pick up the damage item.
  • For the rest of the world use a tracked service charged on the recipient. 
6. Can I change an item more than one time?

Every second return is charged with the amount of 3€ (Cyprus), 7€ (Greece).

7. Delays or Lost Packages

 The shipper must make all claims for packages lost or damaged in transit. Mira Boutique is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Mira Boutique does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
